The Dell Inspiron Duo is a medium between a Tablet PC and Netbook. It has a unique 10 inch flip screen can be used outward the same way as a touch-screen tablet, but when you want your keyboard simply flip the screen over, and now your tablet has turned into a laptop. It has WiFi so you can connect almost anywhere in the world. There are some cons, it lacks some key features. It does not have video output, such as SVGA, DVI, Or HDMI, but it does have two usb ports. It also does not offer a CD or DVD drive, so you will need a external optic drive.
